Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using HUBSAVI's platform at hubsavi.com, or by engaging any of our operational services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including clients, opportunity posters, applicants, and advertisers.

2. Services provided

HUBSAVI provides digital operations infrastructure including Executive Assistance, AI Operations Support, Workflow & Automation, Business Growth Support, AI Solutions, and Digital Desk services. The platform also operates an Opportunities Board, an Insights section, and an advertising system.

The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline of any service engagement are confirmed in writing at the start of each engagement. HUBSAVI reserves the right to decline or discontinue services at its discretion.

3. Accounts and access

Some platform features require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information during registration. HUBSAVI may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or provide false information. You may not share your account access with third parties without prior written permission.

4. Payments and refunds

All pricing is confirmed in writing before an engagement begins. Payments are made via PayPal (migwisam.ms@gmail.com) or Buy Goods Till 9076557 — SAVI, as agreed during consultation. All pricing is in USD unless otherwise confirmed.

Opportunity listing fees and advertising fees are fixed and non-refundable once a listing or ad has been activated. Service retainer refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis within the first 7 days. Contact info@hubsavi.com to raise a payment dispute.

5. User content

When you post an opportunity listing, submit an application, or publish content on the platform, you retain ownership of that content. By submitting it, you grant HUBSAVI a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute it on the platform.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you submit. HUBSAVI reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms without notice.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or applications
• Engage in spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorisation
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful files
• Use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable law
• Systematically scrape or harvest platform data without written permission

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, legal action.

7. Intellectual property

The HUBSAVI brand, platform design, codebase, and content — including all text, graphics, and operational frameworks — are the intellectual property of HUBSAVI unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from HUBSAVI's proprietary content without express written permission.

Deliverables produced by HUBSAVI for a client engagement are transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of liability

HUBSAVI provides its services in good faith. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HUBSAVI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or services.

HUBSAVI's total liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the amount paid for that engagement in the preceding 30 days. The platform is provided on an "as available" basis without guarantee of uninterrupted access.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement by providing 7 days written notice. Termination does not relieve payment obligations for services already delivered.

HUBSAVI may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for serious violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment.

10. Changes to these terms

HUBSAVI may update these terms from time to time. Registered users will be notified of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
